Interview Rounds

The number of rounds in an interview process like written test, technical and skill test round, HR round plays an important role as candidates do not prefer lengthy and x- rounds of interviews. The process must be based on DPS i.e. well Defined, Precise and Short.

Interview Panel

Before recruiting a candidate, we need to select the interview panel. A good interview panel includes people who are either working at a senior level in that department or possesses the same technical/non-technical skill set required for the job. Having an interview panel helps in saving time for the recruiter as well as help the company to hire better employees.

Interview time slots are one big challenge for recruiters as they must map availability of the candidate with the interviewer. An HR personnel can ask the interviewer for their availability in advance and then fix the interview with a prospective employee. If you wish the candidates to fill out forms, you should pre-arrange the stationary items for the candidates. Basic amenities like proper seating arrangement, drinking water etc. should also be in place.
